What is OrderlyCare?

OrderlyCare is a pharmacy-based telehealth service that allows patients to receive care for select common conditions through a simple online intake. Patients complete a questionnaire, are reviewed by a licensed medical provider, and if appropriate have prescriptions sent directly to the participating pharmacy for pickup.

Do you accept insurance?

No. OrderlyCare is a self-pay service and does not accept insurance currently.

What is the process?

Patients scan a QR code at a participating pharmacy, select a visit type, and complete a short intake questionnaire. A licensed provider reviews the submission and, if appropriate, prescribes treatment that is sent directly to the pharmacy for fulfillment.

What states is OrderlyCare available in?

OrderlyCare is available in all states.

How much does it cost?

Each visit is a flat rate consult fee. Current pricing is $60 per consult.

Do you price match?

No, OrderlyCare does not price match currently.

Do you accept payments from Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo?

Payment options depend on the payment processor configuration. At launch, standard card payments will be supported. Additional wallet options may be added in the future.

Do you accept HSA/FSA?

HSA/FSA eligibility depends on the patient’s plan. OrderlyCare may be eligible, but patients should confirm with their HSA/FSA provider.

What conditions do you treat?

OrderlyCare currently supports treatment for select common conditions, including UTI, URI, allergy, sinus congestion, asthma, rash, musculoskeletal pain, migraine, and pink eye.

What's included in my visit?

Your visit includes a clinical review by a licensed medical provider and, if appropriate, a prescription sent directly to the pharmacy. Medication costs are paid separately at the pharmacy.

How do I get started?

Scan the OrderlyCare QR code at a participating pharmacy and follow the on-screen steps to begin your visit.

When will I hear from the doctor?

Most patients receive a response within approximately 20 minutes, though timing may vary based on clinical review needs.

What do I do if I need to follow up with a provider?

Patients can reply directly to the same text message thread used during their visit for follow-up questions related to that encounter.

How is this different from a regular urgent care visit?

OrderlyCare offers a fast, convenient option for select conditions without the need for an in-person visit. It is designed for appropriate, uncomplicated cases and does not replace emergency or comprehensive in-person care.

What if I need to see a specialist after this consult?

If your condition requires in-person evaluation or specialist care, the provider will recommend appropriate next steps.

Who are the OrderlyCare medical providers? Are they licensed?

OrderlyCare partners with Beluga, who are licensed medical providers credentialed to practice in the states where services are offered.

How quickly is treatment prescribed?

If clinically appropriate, prescriptions are typically sent to the pharmacy shortly after the provider completes their review.

Can I talk to a doctor via phone call or video? 

Visits are conducted asynchronously via secure messaging. Phone or video visits are not currently offered.
