OrderlyCare is a pharmacy-based telehealth service that allows patients to receive care for select common conditions through a simple online intake. Patients complete a questionnaire, are reviewed by a licensed medical provider, and if appropriate have prescriptions sent directly to the participating pharmacy for pickup.

OrderlyCare currently supports treatment for select common conditions, including UTI, URI, allergy, sinus congestion, asthma, rash, musculoskeletal pain, migraine, and pink eye.
Your visit includes a clinical review by a licensed medical provider and, if appropriate, a prescription sent directly to the pharmacy. Medication costs are paid separately at the pharmacy.

Most patients receive a response within approximately 20 minutes, though timing may vary based on clinical review needs.
